Ingredients
- 1 box long grain & wild rice mix
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
Preparation
- Prepare rice
- Meanwhile cook onion and celery in butter til tender
- Stir in soup, sour cream, wine and curry
- Stir in chicken and rice
- Turn into 12 x 7½ x 2 baking dish
