Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked wild Rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Optionally combine the wild rice, onion, celery, and butter to saute in a pan.
- Combine in a covered casserole dish with the wine and chicken broth.
- Bake at 325°F for 2 hours.
Notes
May be prepared in advanced, freezes well.
