Ingredients
- 5 cups Walla Walla onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup long grain rice (cooked)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Swiss
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter to brown
- Mix all ingredients
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour
