Triple Layer Cookie Bars

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for glass dish)
  2. In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven
  3. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter
  4. Top evenly with coconut
  5. Pour Eagle Brand milk over the layers
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned
  7. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter
  8. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer
  9. Cool 30 minutes
  10. Chill thoroughly
  11. Cut into bars
  12. Store loosely covered at room temperature
