Ingredients
- 1 loaf of unsliced sourdough bread
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 box knox vegetable soup mix
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
Preparation
- Cut a whole in the top of the loaf of bread, hollow out, and tear bread in chungs.
- Squeeze excess moisture out of spinach.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Spoon into bread loaf bowl. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
