Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced meat strips (any kind)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup anything else green (frozen veggies work great)
- 2 tablespoons hot oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season meat to taste
- Pour 2 tablespoons hot oil into skillet
- Toss to heat through
- Serve with noodles or rice
