Plum Cake

Preparation

  1. Combine and spread batter in greased/floured pan (spring form or round cake pan)
  2. Prune plums (about 13); cut in half, remove pit.
  3. Stand plums on side in batter; arrange neatly in sunburst pattern
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
