Ingredients
Batter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
- Combine and spread batter in greased/floured pan (spring form or round cake pan)
- Prune plums (about 13); cut in half, remove pit.
- Stand plums on side in batter; arrange neatly in sunburst pattern
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
