Ingredients
- 4 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 stalks celery
- 12 carrots, cut into chunks
- Green beans, cut into 1” pieces
- 2 cans small whole potatoes
- 2 cans beef consume
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup minute tapioca
- 1 pinch each of thyme, rosemary, marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation
- Place everything into a casserole dish and cover tightly.
- Bake at 250°F for 4 hours, or 300°F for 3 hours
