Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton Beef Mushroom Soup mix
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup H2O
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2-3 cups hot mashed potatoes
• Shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 pie shell

Preparation

1. In med bowl combine gr.beef, soup mix, bread crumbs, water, ketchup & egg
2. Press into 9in pie shell
3. Bake 40 min until done/brown
4. Top with potatoes & sprinkle cheese
5. Return to oven until cheese melts
