Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cans (28oz) B&M beans
- 1 can (15oz) butter beans
- 1 can (15oz) chili beans
- 1 can (15oz) kidney beans
Preparation
- Brown the onions and add brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar, and simmer for 10-15 minutes
- In a crockpot, add all of the beans and the onion mixture.
- Cook on high for 2 hours, then reduce to low for an additional hour.
