Ingredients
- 1 scored flank steak (or top sirloin)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients together
- Marinate steak overnight or longer
- Broil or grill 7-8 minutes per side
- Slice across grain
- Remove some oil from marinade and heat to serve as sauce for rice and meat
