Ingredients
- 1 2oz jar instant coffee
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pint brandy
- 1 vanilla bean cut into 2” pieces
Preparation
- Mix coffee and sugar and add boiling water. Stir until disolved.
- Let cool thoroughly and add brandy.
- Pour into 1/2 gallon jar and add vanilla bean.
- Let sit for 30 days and shake occasionally.
