Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb fryer, cut up
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 (14 oz) can pineapple chunks & reserve syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 green pepper (cut in rings)
Preparation
- Brown chicken in hot oil with salt & pepper in shallow pan
- To pineapple syrup add enough H2O to make 1/4 cup
- Combine in saucepan with all remaining ingredients except pineapple
- Stir constantly, boil 2 min
