Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
- Hot mustard, for serving
- Toasted sesame seeds, for serving
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients to make sauce
- Marinate pork in glass dish or ziplock overnight (or 6 hours minimum)
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes on each side, basting with marinade
- Cool and slice
- Serve on platter with mustard to dip and coat with sesame seeds
