Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 fryer cut up
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Grease casserole dish
- Pour rice into dish
- Place chicken on top
- Sprinkle with onion soup mix
- Add consomme & mushroom soup (not diluted)
- Add 1 can of water
- Do not mix
- Bake:
- 1 1/2 hours uncovered
- Then 1/2 hour covered
