Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. broccoli (cut in boiling water 2-3 min)
- 1 lb chicken pieces removed from bones
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons wine or dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
- Marinate all ingredients above 1-2 hrs
- Saute in oil onions, broccoli, chicken
- Combine everything in skillet in 1/4c water
- Simmer 5 min
