Ingredients
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 8oz wheel of brie
- 1/4 cup fruit chutney
- 1/4 cup cashews coarsely chopped
- Baguette slices or crackers
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°.
- Sprinkle curry over cheese and on sides of brie wheel.
- Spread chutney over top and sprinkle with the cashews pressing gently into the brie. Bake 10-15 minutes, serve warm.
