Ingredients
- 1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 4oz can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- Tortilla chips
- Breadsticks
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chili peppers, cheese, and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
- Turn mixture into an 8-ich round baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips and breadsticks.
Makes about 2 2/3 cups.
